Kin-EZ-ology: Mechanics, Movements and Muscles
In this segment we'll examine and grasp the basic physical and mechanical
principles which govern how we humans create movement. Mastery of these
concepts will greatly assist your studies of the specific body movements.
Note: This course is for Test Prep and to help students better understand
the principles of Kinesiology. A separate edition of this class is available for
Continuing Education.

James serves as Professor at several colleges where he created and instructed certification level courses in massage therapy and personal fitness training. He instructs courses in nutrition and health care careers, which are delivered in traditional, online and hybrid formats.
